LeaseLab is free to use today. There is no automatic charging, and no card is required. Paid packaging is being finalized and will be announced before anything is charged.

What that means for you

  3. Nothing will be charged to your workspace unless you agree to it.

Price today
Free. Every workspace gets the whole product.
Card required
No. Creating a workspace never asks for payment details.
Automatic charging
None. No automatic charging is turned on, so nothing is charged today.
Paid packaging
Being finalized. It will be announced before anything is charged, and no fee will apply to your workspace unless you agree to it.
Active-unit limit
A flat safety limit of 25 active rental units applies to every workspace equally. It is an operational limit, not a pricing tier.
Access
Never tied to billing status. Your workspace is not made read-only, and nothing is deleted, because of anything billing-related.

  • Properties, units, leases and tenant details in one record
  • Monthly rent obligations, overdue detection, payments you record, and tenant payment commitments with follow-up
  • Maintenance work orders from intake to completion — priority, vendors, appointments, and an outcome receipt when a case closes
  • Needs your decision: approvals above your spending limit, and escalations
  • Strategy reviews when a problem keeps repeating
  • Members and roles for your team
  • Scoped, revocable access keys for an agent you choose
  • A monthly portfolio summary, and a self-service export of your workspace

Not included

  • Collecting rent. LeaseLab records payments you have already received; money never moves through it.
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, owner statements, or tax reporting.
  • Bank feeds, automatic reconciliation, pre-authorized debit, or Interac.
  • Late-fee automation.
  • A tenant portal or tenant login.
  • Listing syndication, applicant screening, or contractor dispatch. You keep your own vendors; LeaseLab records the work, not the hiring.
  • Reading your mailbox. LeaseLab never connects to one.
  • Receiving maintenance email. Tenants report problems to you, and you or an agent you authorize record them.
  • Commercial leases, or provinces other than Ontario.
